Sterndale Moor Social Club Situated in the centre of Sterndale Moor Village in the High Peak of Derbyshire, 4 miles South of Buxton on the A515 Buxton Ashbourne road, this is a private members club serving the local community.
The Club is fully licensed offering a fine range of draught ales and spirits at very attractive prices. The members room has two full size snooker tables, a pool table and darts board.There is also a juke box with a good selection of music. Darts, dominoes and pool competitions regularly take place. There is a separate function room with excellent sprung wooden dance floor and small stage. This room is available to hire for special functions such as birthday celebrations, etc. The club is home to Rebels Retreat, formerly known as High Peak Country & Western Club who meet most Saturday evenings in the function room when they have live Country music provided by some fine British artists. The club stands in its own grounds with good car park and large field. |
